| My personal FAX2EMAIL number is
0866739677 however I have set my 1st Message Rule: to check for "677" (the last 3 digits of my fax number) in the subject line and move all such mail to a folder called Faxes. 2nd Message Rule: all such mail to be forwarded to another computer in my organisation cyn2@telkomsa.net. Therefore all faxes are separated from normal email AND forwarded to my admin department although I have sight of them. Click on NEW to see your options ( see bottom screen) |
